That is involved with the entirety of ZARP not just SSRP (Forums), it isn't scamming because the scamming rule only applies for SSRP however the "profit" he gained was on the forums. If he was gaining profit from perhaps even a carrot, that could be considered scamming but no it isn't ,so your response about his Thank You's and Karma's are just explicit things already shown on the post which have no relevance with SSRP.

ngl, kyber for the most part makes a strong argument and I agree with him bottom line, we'll see tomorrow how that plays out, however I can definitely see that this would be covered under the minigame scamming umbrella since the "giveaway" is under some very specific rules, which benefit honey pot so it's honestly not a "honest to god" charity whatever he did
how I see it the only relevant argument is the "he didn't promise 9b" argument, which has to be studied thoroughly to have a fair response

The way he worded it makes it seem like hes giving away 9b so couldn't that actually be classified as trickery
