At this moment of time I'm not sure if you have full capabilities to read English. But here we can give it another try. I don't care about what morally is a scam, however by the SSRP RULES it does not fall into either one of the categories.

If you read the fucking rules like a super ad. in should know, they are guidelines. That is just blatant fucking scamming that you gave your example of.

It is fraudulent, he says he owes someone something, he must give that. He did it for the profit of having more karma and thank you. He didn't give people the prize he implied he was giving, it did include trickery. Scamming.
