TheXnator, maybe you should consider not being owner/SD on so many gamemodes..
You are a awesome person, and a great staff member, but having that much power on so many gamemodes,
really does not help you with anything other than being stressed out.
Para was headadmin on ALL the gamemodes, but he was there at every meeting and really put in all his time for everything.
12+ hours of meetings every week, really put in work.
You need to not be server developer/owner at some gamemodes and just focus on the stuff you want.
I know you try to be there, but you cant really be at thousand places at once.
Reading through these comments, makes me think that people think you are powerhungry because you are going for so much, in a short period of time. Personally i think you need to focus on a few things, and really put in hard work into that, so people can see and feel the change on certain gamemode, not just a bug fix here and there. And also, if that particular gamemode has no server developer, dont step in for once and let the owners decide on who to put in.
Again, i know you want to help and all, but you cant really do all of that, by yourself.
Just scrolling through and noticed this and want to put in my opinion on it.
I do not care if people think I am powerhungry.
I do what I do because I enjoy it and it has a positive impact on a lot of things, and I
have the time for it. The argument is constantly placed in front of me that I don't have time, however nobody but myself really knows how much time I have to put aside for ZARP, and I can tell you now that I could put aside a lot more time for it if I really wanted to / had to.
Polsee (and everyone else), if there are bugs, just drop me a message on Steam or anything else and I'll look into them ASAP. Fixing bugs takes priority most of the time, however I do not always receive / remember everything. If you add it to the OneNote or post on the forums and then let me know that you did, and they will get sorted ASAP.
This entire post (the main post, not what I quoted) is completely one-sided and is not written for civil discussion. You are not taking into account any positive opinions, and many of the people whose opinions you are using haven't played actively in a while. If you want a proper, civil discussion on a topic, you need to evaluate both sides
properly rather than just putting shit on people without taking into account anything other than what you want people to believe.
