you mean you would get a different answer from the staff that suck up to the owners to get ranks????

It's their choice if they want to apply for a server. Just because they get like admin after a week of moderator doesn't mean they stick to the LT specifically but it's because they are good at their job and feel like they are ready for the next rank. They don't stick to the Lead Team at all so stop making accusations against all members of staff.

We aren't talking about people getting admin in a week we are talking about people who get Server Developer in two weeks.

A reliable sample size does not have to include the whole cohort, you seem so eager to assert your opinion but ask yourself if anybody really cares.

Annie, when I was head admin I came to you nearly every week with ideas on how the deathrun server could be improved, I spoke about bugs and exploits and new ideas I even offered to pay for the addons that people wanted, never once did you take anything I said into consideration and nearly every single item on the one-note hasn't been dealt with, it's been really disappointing to see for myself the direction deathrun has headed, you can add whatever addon you want, that wont change anything unless it's what the players want, if you want deathrun to truely rise again then add what the people want, suggestions and all. when mr cm banned user was owner, he worked on updates every single day, he asked the players (not just just lead team) but everyone what they wanted to see in the new updates and he made it happen, he offered players (again not just lead team) but everyone to beta test new things that were going to be added and the server really shined. Every day he'd speak about the gametracker and how he wanted it to be the #1 deathrun server and you know what he did? He did everything in his power to do what the people wanted.

When BiWx, was owner, he did so many great things, the server had a stable but rising player base and added new suggestions when they were accepted in meetings. Nowadays when suggestions get accepted, they don't really get accepted they just get shrugged off and forgotten about, and the fact you chose someone that already owns 2 other servers and lead team on every other server really doesn't help, sure he's a good candidate coding wise, but that doesn't mean he was a good choice because of how little time he has to spare in relation to someone else who could code and could work so many more hours, putting genuine effort into the server, Xnator, I really appreciate you helping the server because it does actually need it at the momment, but in my opinion it's time for a change. Annie even admits she lets you do things on your own which basically means you aren't even server developer, you're an owner. What's really disappointed me is the lack of transparency between the owners, staff team and players this is something that has been going downhill for months, previous owners told users and staff members the progress of what was being made without them even having to ask them. Now you can barely get a straight answer like "it's being worked on" or "I'll do it another time" when you ask.

Whilst I don't agree with you making this post hence why I refused to give you my opinion because it is in fact just creating more unneeded drama, I just wanted to give my honest opinion, something I've been wanted to get off my chest for a long time. Most of these reasons are why I resigned.

I'm glad you wrote that, I 100 procent agree with you. I feel like before we start on too many projects we need to finish everything else, that includes stuff from the onenote. Then start working on one addon at a time. Xnator does have a lot of things to do but seriously who else could code for the server? I can't really think of someone else.

I've been reporting bugs from the server but nothing is really getting worked on. I know Xnator is busy coding but I just wish Annie could do something because she does in fact not know how to code which limits a lot of things she can do. What's the point in having an owner who relies on everyone else? And I don't feel like the server is dead, we just have a very few players in the weekdays but that doesn't mean we don't need anymore content.

Something has change, I feel like we've talked about this for months now. A second owner would be great.

I do what I do because I enjoy it and it has a positive impact on a lot of things, and I have the time for it. The argument is constantly placed in front of me that I don't have time, however nobody but myself really knows how much time I have to put aside for ZARP, and I can tell you now that I could put aside a lot more time for it if I really wanted to / had to.

Polsee (and everyone else), if there are bugs, just drop me a message on Steam or anything else and I'll look into them ASAP. Fixing bugs takes priority most of the time, however I do not always receive / remember everything. If you add it to the OneNote or post on the forums and then let me know that you did, and they will get sorted ASAP.

This entire post (the main post, not what I quoted) is completely one-sided and is not written for civil discussion. You are not taking into account any positive opinions, and many of the people whose opinions you are using haven't played actively in a while. If you want a proper, civil discussion on a topic, you need to evaluate both sides properly rather than just putting shit on people without taking into account anything other than what you want people to believe.

Its not one sided, just everyone hates you. I asked many current staff (Most of who i don't/haven't spoken to so it cant be biased) and previous staff and i have included all of them

Fixing bugs takes priority most of the time, however I do not always receive / remember everything. If you add it to the OneNote or post on the forums and then let me know that you did, and they will get sorted ASAP.

No because that eradicates the whole point of opinions placed. However, I feel like this should be more directed to me Xnator isn't the one making the decisions. It's me making them but just because I can't do things people like Polsee and Xnator can do it doesn't make me bad at my job. Theoretically, Xnator's opinion can be placed just not mine.

I mean it would be literally impossible for everyone to have the exact same opinion, and your sample size here is ridiculously small compared to the whole community.
Also, yes, you should ask us for our opinions, as you have no idea the full extent of what really goes on, you can find out our opinions on each other, and you can see what we have in mind for the server.
