I know it's a joke but I'll criticise you for it anyway: considering the state of Deathrun and Murder and the steady decline and stagnation of Prophunt I'd not like to see you own another server until you have properly sorted all the others out.

Both are on a rising trend and are steadily gaining more staff every week.
(I don't like my servers being called out when they're going up)

You're right about Murder (although the ranking is still abismally low relatively speaking) but I did say Prophunt was stagnating, though perhaps that's something that requires more time to see properly.

Deathrun is still doing horribly though, so do try to fix that too before doing anything else pls ^.^

Excluding yesterday and possibly the day before, the Deathrun ranking has also been going up.

It is not going up, however you said it was doing "horribly", which would mean that it has been going down steadily and significantly. As long as the server is going up or remaining steady at a relatively good ranking, then there isn't anything that needs to be "fixed". Improvements can be made to get it to the top, as will always be the case, but the server is not doing badly at all.

I feel like I need to step in and what you have heard is mainly from people who hated me when I became SO. Maybe I let Xnator do things but I still try my best and he comes to me with ideas/fixes/updates for current items on the server. I'm just hypothesising but people don't think I do things when in reality, do they say what would happen if they are in the position? Not all the time so for you to actually make this sparks an idea to improve and update the server in which Xnator and I work on. I don't let him do what he wants as he theoretically needs my final decision on others but for him telling me what to do is false as well.

Now, for what people say about me doing nothing is of course their opinions and may report me to the CM team for lacking in my duties however I do some things outside of suggestions. Just because they cren't on the server, doesn't mean that I don't consider them and some which aren't accepted I feel like staff should put their thoughts into. I don't just accept/deny suggestions just because I personally like/dislike them but I do them if I feel like the staff thoughts won't really change the outcome however I do think of their opinions on most subjects that come to the server hence why most suggestions you made have not been accepted/denied yet. If you feel like I need to be talked to, I'm available on TeamSpeak and Steam for users.

So what are you going to do to improve your server and build on the feedback given by your leadteam and high ranking staff members? Perhaps talking to them and asking what they would want might help but I don't play deathrun so I wouldn't know.

You don't need anymore suggestions for updates, many suggestions have been accepted but have never been added.

I got the SD rank because the server desperately needed someone to develop for it to stop it from fucking itself over from bugs / lack of updates. The rank itself gives me all of the rights and powers of a Server Owner except making any decisions, those all have to be done by Annie. There are plenty of things I have added that I did not want, and things that I have wanted but not added.
All of the accepted suggestions / things Annie has told me to do will be done eventually, the thing is that everyone is just impatient and thinks everything can be done at once within seconds.

I do not believe either should be owner, Deathrun flopped when the Mannie and Sarah got owner, both of them bent over and took a hot steamy dump on Deathrun, then when they decided to basically abuse their ownership powers by boosting Xnator to the Head Admin rank claiming it was for development, that was when it officially died, also I want to mention, free anne frank

Just confused why you're pretending you want a civil discussion when half the people you asked couldn't be bothered to list actual complaints and criticisms that can be addressed and worked on. If you want a proper dialogue with with the owners it should come from a level position and respect. If I was either one of them, I'd tell you to get fucked if you expected me to be cool with you when I'm being called a "twat, pretentious cunt, obnoxious,etc." Least you could have done is go out of your way to get a strong and respectable pool of opinions before you dropped this on people.
