As for Onion, if you claim that what happened on WhatsApp is harassment then you're very wrong, because you can obviously read and he said "you have a problem with me" and claims I hold a grudge over him when I clearly don't.

There was no proof of the user hacking. The only thing that Roy did was being in a sit with the user and he tried to get the user into a corner so that he'd finally snap and admit. Considering the fact that the whole thing was based on suspicions rather than facts, that's considered harassment.

To put it into perspective, what if you were in a sit for nearly half an hour for something you didn't do, yet the staff member would keep pushing you to get you to admit to it.

It's a serious problem if staff behave in such a way, hence why Roy has been punished for it.

If you think that your actions weren't wrong, then that makes this even worse, what you did was completely unacceptable, and you need to start to see that, or you're gonna find yourself in a bad way.

If you believe someone who is disturbing the roleplay of many should be respected you are very wrong.

Discussing the first hacker, it was not suspicion. The dude was almost spinbotting and was reaching bhop speeds you legitimately can't. Decided to confront him as the cheats he was using were undetectable. Given the policy there was not enough proof to get him banned.

That was dealt with and worked on.

As for the second hacker, he was as well blatantly cheating and there was enough proof of it, but with the current policy not enough to punish him but to bring him up for punishment, hence why I confronted him. If dealing with 2 hackers at the same time for 20 minutes is harassment, you guys really need to think again.

The punishment was based on "doing it again" even though it's a completely different situation and there was evidence of the player cheating.

Roy is clearly right and also I didn't get it "you can't harass him for admitting it" How can you guys know Roy just talked with him friendly and ask hacker for "Don't ruin people's fun". Maybe something else happened I don't really know.Anyways

I don't know whether you hold a personal grudge with Onion, but reading the chat later clearly shows that you had no respect for Onion and was harassing him in the chat.

Since when is harassing a fellow staff member to the point that they feel the need to leave a chat "uncalled for"? If I'm entirely honest I think it's disgusting that you try to get out of this by saying that Onion should just mature up. Talking to your fellow staff member in such a manner is just plain wrong.

So a staff member is seriously offended by what you said and you are unwilling to apologize? Seriously?

He's a Head Admin. It's his job to ensure that the staff team behaves properly and to solve conflicts. You have a conflict with Onion so he tried to fix it - telling him to not interupt literally goes against everything that he is supposed to do and how you are supposed to behave. It undermines the whole staff team.

Glad to hear you at least acknowledge the fact that there is a problem. I just wish you would admit it when you've done something wrong.

This mostly involves me, so I will describe how you are wrong there. Onion is an idiot for making such comments, yes, but it is a simple fact that it is not his fault for getting you demoted. Also, when I told you to get people to stop harassing Onion I did not mean that you had to go out of your way to fix it - I meant that you had to tell them it is not Onion's fault when you're in their channel with them.

If some user or staff member says "Onion is dumb for getting Roy demoted," you should say "It isn't Onion's fault, the whole staff team voted on it."

That's all I asked of you: to try and stop people from accusing Onion if things he didn't do.

Yet I have personally noticed a lack of understanding from you with all situatuons involving Onion. I'm unsure whether it is holding a grudge or you being stubborn, but I do know that the outcome is the same. You should not have acted in duch a way towards Onion, or anyone else for that matter.

Perhaps try to read TOU. Clearly Soundboards aren't allowed and if a Teamspeak staff member or head admin tells you to stop you should stop. Else you should face the repercussions of not listening, which in this case meant you getting demoted and even banned.

You can be incredibly stubborn. For example, I can say 'A' and you can say 'B', but no matter how many times I say 'A' and no matter which argument I bring up you still keep screaming 'B'. Do you know how frustrating that can be? I hardly blame Onion for this, although I do agree that it was a wrong thing of him to do.

"At the request of others"? Seriously? You can't even admit your own mistakes? You interupted the meeting plenty of times yesterday, yet that isn't your fault "because others requested it"?! Are you put of your mind?! At least admit your own faults.

You both have a problem with one another. Whether you hold a grudge or he does, it really doesn't matter - the grudge is there and it is causing issues. Now stop pointing fingers (the good old "He started it!" argument is extremely childish and you should know better than that) and try to solve it, rather than make it worse.

As I stated earlier, that is indeed a dumb thing of him to do - however you could at least try to stop those pathetic arguments, something I've yet to see you try and do.
