Onion has very bad aim

Honestly it wasn't serious at all like getting upset over something like that is so stupid, and my main concern is why the fuck are people only punishing Roy like it was hardly one sided and Onion swore at Roy and threw insults of the same caliber towards him. Its like me saying "Fuck off" to Morgan and him saying it back then only him getting warned like wtf? The whole situation is just a joke and I hope the warning gets removed Roy.



Once again I have no problems with Onion but seriously there is an issue if one of the LT members gets that upset about such a minor insult.

The warning given out to you is completely valid. Though the past couple of months you've been the cause for a developing issue between you and Onion that managed to reach it's worst point this week. You've at multiple times shown that you obviously do not have regard for Onion's opinion or thoughts as you've. At several points you've made remarks that also make it obvious that you have some form of issue with Onion but at the same time you don't want to resolve it. Both Onion whom is directly affected and those of us whom have seen your interaction have been able to note a condescending and shady way of communicating with Onion on your part.

Recently me and Raeker spoke to you about an ongoing situation that we wished for you to help with that was causing trouble for Onion that related to you. But you refused to try and help in this situation and instead continued to show disregard for Onion. You've also at several times made remarks such as "Oh pft, it was probably Onion", showing a constant issue with you attitude and lack of respect towards Onion.

As stated this week this came to it's worst when not only did you attempt to be condescending towards Onion, but you also tried to pick a fight with me in the WhatsApp interrupting a serious discussing with stupid remarks for no other reason that to pester the people in there. You need to respect and treat other people in the team in a fair way instead of constantly throwing shade at everyone and treating any issue that may come of it as "none of your business".

Why is it when there's drama it's bloody SSRP.

Be happy that it was only an official warning and that you got one.

This whole thread is a fucking joke, what about when Morgan goes off on everyone for hacking then like 2 days later you see him ingame and he keeps on calling you a hacker. The most harassment I have ever recieved in this community was haccusations, not just by one person but by a lot of staff members. They spread a false rumor around about me hacking and then everyone bought it. I didn't see my rapsheet at that time so I have no idea how many times I did end up getting anticheated, but I know it was a lot. In all honesty Onion is the most immature fucker in this entire community by far, he does nothing but sit and wait for something to complain about, or for someone to make a post about him and cry on it. For real Roy shouldn't be the one being hated on here, just look around, plenty of people have done a lot worse things.

Roy asked Onion to come on ts at one point to talk to him, and originally got a reply that was uncalled for, eventually onion came on and them two talked, which showed NEITHER side had good attitude towards eachother, and NEITHER side handled in correct way.

When conflict happens between 2 people, your initial reaction shouldn't be, "OHH LETS GET HIM AN OFFICIAL, or DEMOTED", it should be try and talk shit out, if that can't go well, try and get a higher up to be in the channel at the same time to moderate and keep control over it.

me and para have had issues in the past, but never would either of us, try and be dicks to eachother or get them in trouble, we just merely spoke to eachother, said our parts on what pissed us off, then sorted it, simple as that.

In my opinion, I don't think an official or demotion should have been given out, and instead higher ups, should have attempted to get them both communicating in a moderated environment.

The whole part of people blaming onion for Roys TS demotion, to a certain extent was onions own fault, as he had said, on several times, he was bringing him up, and that he was going to get demoted. which me and onion both know, how some people take shit out of context, due to a running me and onion had when i came back from germany.

honestly roy, you should either learn to ignore this tard or resign. why? you having a grudge on onion is causing the leadteam to stop cooperating properly, see onion has friends and you have friends and they are going to choose sides. my personal opinion is to accept him in anyway and ignore any stupid things or immature things he does and collect enough evidence of him doing stupid shit or shit that isnt acceptable and demote his ass. simple as that
