Coutinroy, this is a completely valid official warning without a shadow of a doubt. Your attitude recently towards Onion and myself has been horrendous. When I attempt to mitigate the situation you give me a load of shit, and consequently do nothing in attempt to resolve it. You told me to keep out of your personal issues, and that you would deal with it. However, you did nothing in the way of dealing with the situation, and we nearly lost a lead team member because of your actions. There is no way on earth that you didn't know what you did wrong, but yet had too much pride to admit to it, and man up and apologise.
