Story/Situation - I was raiding a base. he was outside and shot at my first with a minigunv2, so I gluoned him and we went to space, then like 10/15 mins later he tps to me and says that it's RDM and I say he shot me first so he says 'ooooh lying in a sit too?' then warns me for it, clear power abuse no way this could be a mistake.
Extra Information -

You can't kill someone for shooting at you so technically you did RDM him if you killed him but tbh the rule that you can't kill someone for shooting at you is so retarded.

Other than that. ARDM is not unless he actually hits you. Shooting near you doesn't count as ARDM, but you can still kill him assuming he was going to shoot you.

While VeGo goes with his story that this is RDM. I will stick with mine. The time Spook had to respond to wether he was going to shoot him (Triggering a flight/fight response) was too little. Therefore us humans usually decide to attack when we're unsure what will happen.

Spook might've been pumped up on adranaline carrying such an expensive weapon to a fight therefore had even the less of a chance to think it through. I mean, situation was very unclear and when I looked at the video it first looked he shot you before I actually found the comment by Vego saying he did not.

Conclusion: Not enough time to respond.
