He can base with other class groups. No rule against it. He was shop owner from what I've seen. The only one that has this rule is gun dealer.

1. That's not what Crossfire is.
2. In real life if someone shoots at you and misses and you had a gun literally in your hand you would shoot back (with intent to kill) so although for some reason that is against the rules it should still be a valid RP reason.

To me personally it looks like you were trying to shoot him just you have bad aim + the gluon flung you. But I mean it could also be said it's your fault for shooting at someone who is raiding while at a raid site.

i saw him coming from far away the reason i did not shoot him is because i did not know he was raiding as there was no exploisives or anything so i was shooting behiend him as if i killed him and he was not raiding it would be rdm

The appeal can just be accepted. Vego did not ARDM nor RDM, but the other guy did not RDM either.
