Fair nuff, it's just cuz Model Staff Member: Sora warned me for killing someone who shot at me and missed when no one had evidence of anything then Trinidad (luv him tho) backed his warn up soooo clearly some confusion in the staff team.

The difference in your case is the guy wasn't trying to kill you he was just shooting randomly, whereas here it seemed obvious vego was basing there and was trying to defend.
