Reason - racism that was not used in teamspeak my mic was muted the whole time even grumpy heared

Story - i was saying N***** in my game on friday the 13th and para was playing with me grumpy.sarah.jimjam.tyler and he banned me for words i used in the game and it was not related or said in teamspeak in anyway
Proof - i can only go by what i am typing if para wants to lie and say i said it in teamspeak than be my guest
Extra information - um basicly i didnt do anything to break rules in teamspeak i was being racist ingame and it wasnt even on a zarp server

Your mistake was saying that word with Para around, doesn't take it in the slightest if it ever gets said around him so what I suggest is that you apologise and maybe the ban could be lowered or removed if you're lucky.

I was in in game i had my mic muted jimjam grumpy and tyler was all in the channel i said it for 30 seconds straight ingame so if i said it in teamspeak i would of been banned much sooner

Still, saying that word with Para around - or any TS staff for that matter - is never a good idea.

But if everyone else can indeed confirm you had your mic muted and didn't say it over TeamSpeak then I do think you should be unbanned.

I'd still recommend you to follow Clarky's advice, which is to apologize to Para. Racism is never allowed, especially not by staff members, so I do understand him acting so harshly in this situation - although it shouldn't be punishable indeed.

i told para in game i said it ingame he said he knew and didnt care and kept calling me racist its up to him if he tells the truth i said it in game i will be unbanned but if he lies and says i said it in teamspeak i will keep my ban cause he has power ove rme

you were talking in TS and then you mute you rmic and decide to start yelling it in game in the same lobby as all of uss. So yeah you get banned. its just a loophole around trying to say racist shit.

After speaking to Para it appears that your tried to loophole to say the N word to the people in teamspeak by saying it in game and that is why you were banned. We don't accept racism in this community and feel that you should at least apologise for your actions.
