But if everyone else can indeed confirm you had your mic muted and didn't say it over TeamSpeak then I do think you should be unbanned.

I'd still recommend you to follow Clarky's advice, which is to apologize to Para. Racism is never allowed, especially not by staff members, so I do understand him acting so harshly in this situation - although it shouldn't be punishable indeed.
