Story - What happened?

I had much school stress learned and played at the same moment, i stopped doing f1s because if i would do them while im learning i would rush them. I had much tests and shit Now they all are over. I started to come back made much f1s today than i got demoted. Im very sad and confused at the same moment, it felt like a punch in my face.

Proof - Any proof in a video/screenshot that clearly shows what happened:

I dont Have proof of that.

Extra information:

I tried to do my best, and i would be happy as fuck if you guys would give me a chance to prove that im doing actively f1.

When I spectated you when you're in the servers, I only saw you RP. I saw you do events (not run them) This user was an admin in the past, he should know what we at ZARP expect from people related to administration work. I feel the lead team finally had enough of hearing about you as a staff member, some demote request, low f1 counts, really just not doing your staff job so I feel you shouldn't be given staff again for a while and truly think about what you are doing when you was staff and do you feel the lead team should give you staff again because wouldn't you just do the same you did in the past? Or would you actually do your job like they accepted you to do witch you didn't do so take some time as user to truely think SHOULD I BE STAFF AGAIN AFTER ALL I HAVE DONE AS A STSFF MEMBER BEFORE?

Why were you trying to study while playing the server? You should be trying to balance time for both of them, not doing them at the same time.

Also at 15 years old I can't imagine that you were so overloaded with school work that you didn't have enough time in the day to finish your homework and then go administrate the server; but then magically the day you get demoted you finished it all. Sounds like an excuse and a pretty poor one at that; I wouldn't support giving you a staff position again for some time.
