I feel the lead team finally had enough of hearing about you as a staff member, some demote request, low f1 counts, really just not doing your staff job so I feel you shouldn't be given staff again for a while and truly think about what you are doing when you was staff and do you feel the lead team should give you staff again because wouldn't you just do the same you did in the past? Or would you actually do your job like they accepted you to do witch you didn't do so take some time as user to truely think SHOULD I BE STAFF AGAIN AFTER ALL I HAVE DONE AS A STSFF MEMBER BEFORE?
