i arrested a new player for having a gun out and after that jack bushross pulled out a psg and killed me , i thought he was just having fun since he said in chat
(OOC) Jack Bushross: I am here for Redx's make a wish
i spawned and arrested him , he made an f1 later and claimed that new guy was his "friend" , i didn't try to argue much cuz i thought i was only getting a verbal from yoku because he said it during the sit as well as i didn't have any recents since ages

i went then to ask the guy ( the new player that i arrested first ) if he knew who jack bushross was and if its his friend and he said it wasn't he said no and this is the proof for it

You arrested a man after you just died, that is straight up NLR. You have already received verbal's recently, as per your last appeal. You KNOW the rules as you were JUST a staff member, you shouldn't need to get verbal's.

tldr; you just got a verbal, a warning is perfectly understandable

Verbal warnings aren't required plus you even had one.

What happened is that Jack bushross was trying to help the new player from being arrested and after that failed he shot you for arresting the new player (an endangered species on the server(must protect at all costs)), you can argue if the kill was allowed or not but in the end you are not to decide that fact, the admins decide that. Jamie has had a squeaky clean rap sheet for multiple years and therefore I believe he would not waste that beautiful rap sheet on a simple rdm warning.

Regarding the verbal warning part, from the info I received from multiple reliable sources you were verbally warned numerous times before this, therefor a standard warning being placed was the correct action. arguing this point is useless because the admin's word is final.
