This right here is why the warning shouldn't be removed at all. You have no regard to the rules if you think a verbal is any lesser than a normal punishment, verbals are only used out of generosity of a staff member and the history of the player in question given that you've been around long enough to know even the more in-depth rules verbals shouldn't be given out as freely as they are.
