After checking the logs, I've come to the conclusion that both users are in the wrong here - Jamie was a Citizen so didn't have a valid reason to kill you to "protect" (he was not a fellow gangster/gang-related job), but at the same time you did break NLR in order to arrest him afterwards.

Jamie's not been around much for a while, so I see no reason to punish him over something minor here, but you've supposedly recently received verbal warnings and, regardless of that, have recently been a staff member so should know better. I also noticed in the logs a lot of disrespectful behaviour from you towards other users, please ensure this does not continute.
