TOPIC: [TTT] Hennys Demotion Appeal

Punishment Reason - Not doing Head Administrator duties
Server - TTT
Story/Situation - I was demoted from TTT last week due to not fulfilling HA duties, however, when asked, I was not informed on what specific duties I was falling to uphold. The week I was demoted, I
-Got over the required time on the server, playing from an hour to 40 minutes throughout most days of the week
-Filled out parts of the gun balance spreadsheet
-Dealt with staff issues and user issues alike on the server
-Was not assigned anything on the weekly rotation besides updating the staff list which Hazz fulfilled after the meeting as we were both assigned, if he did not, then their may have been some miscommunication or I simply thought he did when he didnt, which is my fault.
-Communicated in the LT channels on discord about various things including staff, gun balance changes, etc
Admittedly, my ts activity that week was not that good, and I missed the meeting due to coming home late from work and sleeping through my alarms.

Extra Information - I have decided to appeal after a nice talk with Xnator, I was told to use this template and my resignation will be dealt with accordingly on Sunday. I feel this demotion was quite unfair and would love to come back to the LT to help out in the best way I can. Despite being busy with a full time job and girlfriend, I have still made time for the server as much as I could. Thank you for reading my appeal!

ABOUT TIME ! this man has done nothing wrong AND even if he did do something , this isn't the right way to approach him . I do not think what happened was based on bias opinions but on a un-serious voting process that shouldn't have happened at the first place.

I've always liked you from the start and rarely had problems with you during our time as staff together. Yet since I came back I did not see you for a full 3 weeks. By that time I already heard the rumours of you being inactive and not doing "much". During my time as staff, I honestly only saw you when you got your sanctions and after your sanctions, it kinda went down again. By that time I already feared that you were going to be ending up this way.

Now I don't know what they'll vote or what they'll do but when you were active on the server and had the ability to staff on the server you did a great job. I hope despite the outcome of the appeal that you'll stay on the LT. And I hope it will stay that way.

People who know Henny will know he has a busy life and can’t dedicate all this time to the server, as you will know he is on all weekends and when he’s around he’s doing what he’s meant to, this demotion seems quite unfair as he’s a long term member and has done lots for TTT. He should be given his respected rank back.

Never supported anything more in my entire time on Zarp. I don't think I can name a person more who deserves a second chance.

Without Henny i wouldnt be SA right now thanks to him encouraging me to go for it. Whenever i have an issue Henny is the guy i go to for guidance. Would love for him to be HA again

Regardless of if you were inactive or not you should be told exactly why you're up for demotion, before you're being demoted so that you and the people above you (rank wise) can come to some sort of conclusion on how to deal with this, and if this didn't happen that's quite frankly pathetic and insulting to someone that put so much effort in like yourself, especially when you have a busy life style and still find ways to come on and do your duties.
