Story/Situation - I was demoted from TTT last week due to not fulfilling HA duties, however, when asked, I was not informed on what specific duties I was falling to uphold. The week I was demoted, I
-Got over the required time on the server, playing from an hour to 40 minutes throughout most days of the week
-Filled out parts of the gun balance spreadsheet
-Dealt with staff issues and user issues alike on the server
-Was not assigned anything on the weekly rotation besides updating the staff list which Hazz fulfilled after the meeting as we were both assigned, if he did not, then their may have been some miscommunication or I simply thought he did when he didnt, which is my fault.
-Communicated in the LT channels on discord about various things including staff, gun balance changes, etc
Admittedly, my ts activity that week was not that good, and I missed the meeting due to coming home late from work and sleeping through my alarms.

Extra Information - I have decided to appeal after a nice talk with Xnator, I was told to use this template and my resignation will be dealt with accordingly on Sunday. I feel this demotion was quite unfair and would love to come back to the LT to help out in the best way I can. Despite being busy with a full time job and girlfriend, I have still made time for the server as much as I could. Thank you for reading my appeal!
