Story/Situation - What happened?
... what do i even type in this section?....

All I know is that the staff received recordings of me playing and based on that they reached the conclusion that I was hacking...
I tried to appeal against that decision twice.... and failed...

I think this summaries the situation pretty well.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
I already tried to appeal against this warning... twice.
First time I made a 2 hour video showing all the software running in the background and played ttt normally.... I still was getting the exact same type of kills as before.

The second appeal was me explaining what I was doing in one of the videos....where I apparently had "wallhacks".

If ya got any idea how else i can prove that I'm not hacking..... please do tell... cause I'm literally running out of ideas at this point.

We have already talked about this, there is no point constantly appealing the same punishment. The outcome will be the same as before unless you have some amazing new evidence.

Lol i called it long time ago , you hit very odd shots from across the map with deagle and g3 THE G3 aim is already broken and i get you can hit a shot or 2 across map but with the aug while spraying ? It may be pure luck but he has a reason to doubt , as an SA he pretty much understands the mechanics and capabilities of each weapon . You hit shots and i called you out like a week ago . until the evidence is uploaded.

EDIT: also bare in mind he has the evidence and the decision is taken not by 1 staff member but by the agreement of a few of them .

Deagle is a bit more random since the bullet spray is much more random from what i noticed... If I was indeed hacking all my deagle shots would hit the target one way or another.. but they don't.. you can see me literally spamming the deagle at some people cause of the spray pattern.

2. "aimbot is a push of a button to activate".... Yes and No... there's different types of aimbot... the one you describe here applies to trigger aimbot.. Yes you can trigger it with a click off a button.. However if you understand how it works and what too look out for in the gameplay you will be able to tell if the player uses trigger aimbot or not....

For an example.. hiding a trigger aimbot in your flick is impossible.. and a aimbot flick is simple to determine based on how it looks....

SA doesn't necessary understands the mechanics and capabilities of each weapon. In the application for SA there is no questions asking about how much damage each weapon does or anything of the sorts... I previously asked a SA (can't remember who it was now) what is the lethal range of the c4 and they didn't know. So don't assume just that they are SA they know all the mechanics of ttt....

There are also many commands in gmod that can improve one's performance... one such commands is cl_updaterate.
I won't bother explaining what this command does.

This command is however limited on zarp (no value greater than 35 is accepted i think.. it just resets it to default like 30 or 34 can't remember exactly). for some reason but on other servers it usually isn't... On one murder server I was able to jump much higher than other players just by using 3 commands associated with connection speed.... is that hacking... no... is that an exploit... no... it's just the server having bad programming overall.

The only recording I can give you is of any games I play now... heck I can literally give you the 1hour and like 40 minuets video that i attached to the first appeal where i show me uninstalling gmod.... reinstalling it and playing ttt normally.. and still getting bs shots .. and at the end i show all the software running in the background.

The last appeal had a video which which definitely didnt prove you were cheating, was that all they voted on or was there more?

Don't think you should of been banned for just that

As far as I know they received around 7 videos and the video in the last appeal was the video that convinced them that I was hacking... so out of 7 videos i debunked 1.. so 6 more to go i guess... However I doubt they will give me the other 6.. I had to annoy someone quite a lot to even get that one video......

Not knowing what type of "hacking" I'm appealing against doesn't make this whole process any easier... if I'm honest....
The whole process seems a bit odd and pointless to me... but.. guess that can't be changed.

You should ask for the evidence . Thats very corrupt of them not giving you it. Or explaining . Its very common that LT never admit to their mistakes and bury it to avoid conflicts of them being " unwise or unprofessional " which apparently is now. But yet again you might have been hacking so i cant really say anything except you should be giving you evidence . Also was it given to you before or after the warning?

If you are referring to that one video I managed to get... That was waaay after... it was even after my first appeal was denied...that's when i managed to get the one video..... so perhaps i will get another video after this appeal is probably denied???? although i doubt that's how it's going to work since i also didn't get any video after the second appeal
