Story/Situation - What happened? As shown in the Logs below, I killed the Traitor Kevin, after he shot multiple people which I identified very shortly after if they died. I watched him for about 30 seconds in which he shot some more people which confirmed my suspicion.
After having reported me, I was not given any talk in the matter. The Mod wavE just gave me the warn with no defence from my side. As shown in the logs below, I behaved after the rules as shooting someone is cause for a kos. I hope this warn can be resolved and something like this does not happen again as prioritising people after their ranks is very unrespectful, and this shows that its still pratice on the server to do so!

It'd be better if you took a screenshot, or even multiple screenshots of the logs if you have to since this won't be taken into account as it can easily be edited.

Do you have any video evidance of this happening?
If not for all i know you might have just seen his player model and followd that to catch him slip up a tiny bit to kill him.

I mean, you can’t really kill someone for just shooting, as you can’t know for sure if he’s shooting at an innocent or a traitor, and it can be classed as joining fights. However, if you saw him kill a person (Skolas) and that body was ID’ed as an inno/detective, that would be valid reasoning to kill him. Assuming that was your claim and no evidence was provided that would prove you did not see that kill (or any other kill if there was any more), then you probably shouldn’t have been punished, seen as the logs would back your defence.

Seen as you identified the body seconds after the kill, i am lead to believe you did see it...
