I mean, you can’t really kill someone for just shooting, as you can’t know for sure if he’s shooting at an innocent or a traitor, and it can be classed as joining fights. However, if you saw him kill a person (Skolas) and that body was ID’ed as an inno/detective, that would be valid reasoning to kill him. Assuming that was your claim and no evidence was provided that would prove you did not see that kill (or any other kill if there was any more), then you probably shouldn’t have been punished, seen as the logs would back your defence.
