Story - I put an image in chat that contained my EDF skin with the swastikas and shit because i was showing micky something and "apparently" Tamaninja and Naruto took offence because they chose to open the image and get offended.

If you are going to tip toe around every other player by making sure an image which could contain another image which could be offensive to one or two members of the community is not posted then that is just stupid. He didn't post a picture of a swastika in particular and he didn't post it in OOC either. It's obvious that he did not mean offense by it as it was a response to Micky's request. Anyone else who opened the link was not forced to open the link and as a result it was their own fault for getting offended by it. "Offensive content" is too subjective and too broad to be applied as a community wide, harshly punished rule. It is completely ridiculous to punish people for something so subjective

I've talked to Skeletonwarrior himself, and after a throughout check of your ban appeals I'll have to deny this. Big part of the reason is that you're coming off right away from a ban, but things got worse when you disrespected and were discriminitative against Skeleton himself. Next time , either don't send anything racist through zarp services and even if you need to for whatever reason, /pm <name> <message> is still a thing.
