He didn't post a picture of a swastika in particular and he didn't post it in OOC either. It's obvious that he did not mean offense by it as it was a response to Micky's request. Anyone else who opened the link was not forced to open the link and as a result it was their own fault for getting offended by it. "Offensive content" is too subjective and too broad to be applied as a community wide, harshly punished rule. It is completely ridiculous to punish people for something so subjective
