I've talked to Skeletonwarrior himself, and after a throughout check of your ban appeals I'll have to deny this. Big part of the reason is that you're coming off right away from a ban, but things got worse when you disrespected and were discriminitative against Skeleton himself. Next time , either don't send anything racist through zarp services and even if you need to for whatever reason, /pm <name> <message> is still a thing.
