Refund Request Rules & Guidelines, you are allowed to submit a refund request if you have lost items from either:

This particular event would be classed as
"Intentionally scripted features (item-o-matic, converting to gems, disconnecting and losing printers etc)", of which, falls into the non-refundable category. The 'chance' to win an item is arbitrary and thus non-refundable.
