Refund Request Rules & Guidelines
If you have lost item(s)/cash due to no fault of your own such as a confirmed bug or server crash then you may be eligible for a refund. Please read the following information to see if you are eligible for a refund. Do not post a refund request if you do not meet the criteria set out below. False/fraudulent refund requests will be automatically denied and all parties involved will be subject to punishment.

All refund requests MUST contain sufficient evidence of item(s) lost otherwise your request is subject to immediate denial.

If your situation meets the required criteria then you may post a refund request. You MUST fill out the entire template as requests that do not use the template or lack vital information will be denied.
