TOPIC: T-Baiting? TTT

In TTT someone said, "I'm a terrorist" in chat Is that T-Baiting?
I have said this before and been killed for it, but I KOS'd someone for it and apparently, it's not T-Baiting?

No, saying you are a terrorist in voice or text chat after the round started is not T baiting. Only if u say u are a traitor

If he says "I am a Traitor" but it isnt T-Baiting when he says "I am a Terrorist". The gamemode is called Trouble in Terrorist Town and you play as a Terrorist xd

There are "traitors" and "innocents" underneath that. So saying "I'm a terrorist" isn't t-baiting, cause everyone is. Saying "I'm a traitor" on the other hand would be.

No it is not KOSable and not T baiting as everybody is considered a 'terrorist' gamemode wise.
The thing that is different between those Terrorists is that some are 'Traitors' and 'Innocent' while others get the role of a 'Detective'.
Because everybody is a Terrorist the gamemode is called "Trouble in Terrorist Town".

Maybe you should read this complete TTT guide and consider re-reading our Serverrules.

2.4 Baiting as a Traitor
When in-game you cannot commit traitorous acts as innocent/detective. For example, you cannot shoot nearby players to “scare” them, push people near or off ledges or do anything that possibly harms the innocent team.

I would say trying to cause confusion among innocents to trick them into thinking you are a traitor falls under this.

Miia is correct. Saying you're a terrorist is KOSable, and if you're innocent it can theoretically get you punished. Obviously that'd be quite harsh, and I don't recommend any staff member to do so, but you're quite literally trying to loophole your way through the rules full well knowing that some people will assume that you're admitting to being a traitor by saying those words.
