There was a guy,that made a f1 about rdm,he had no proof.After finishing the f1,he then started to "call me out" for no helping him,because he was rdmed.gg

Most of the people I hear on here tell me at least once a week some guy is just so terrible, is a horrible guy, and when I ask if you can record or whatever it may be, i get "i just cant be bothered mate".If you actually think someone is that bad to make a whole thread dedicated to it, I suggest you start recording it and get some evidence before you go complain otherwise our hands are tied in most cases.

Most of our staff members come on during the day, we have limited staff that can come on at night, such as Clarky, Myself, Luan, and Red at times. We've already discussed possibilities of how this can be worked out, but you're definitely not helping at all with the ignorance and rage posts.

Once again, timezones. Most of those people can only come on during the day, the only people on late at night when all hell brakes loose is Clarky, Me, and Luan in most cases, there's just simply not enough at this time but in due time there will be more I'm sure.

It's easy to say that no one's doing F1's or someone is lazy and won't deal with rule breakers. Sometimes there is 5-8+ F1's so obviously it will take some time to get to you if there is only 1-2 staff members on at the time.It's not as easy to handle as Deathrun or TTT because everyone is in there own situation, everyone is not taking part in the same activity. I used to feel the same way as you but when I became a staff member then you find out what is really going on.The stress levels increase by about 200%.Imagine how you would feel if there is 5 people trying to talk to you at the same time? That's how it feels when you are dealing with F1's and there is rulebreakers around.The SSRP staff do an amazing job and no one gives them credit for the good they do , which they try to do all the time. You shouldn't blame them for not being able to handle EVERY situation on a 70-80+ player server instantly.

All these people saying the staff team is bad , you have no fucking idea how much dedication they put into the server.Like seriously why don't you try to become a moderator and then try do all the things you just complained about.

I'm going to speak with Kask about that situation obviously, but there's a lot of confusion here and I believe I can lighten up everyone's perspective on it.

The Current State

The Staff Team works very hard, is friendly, helpful, and respective to all players. We get a few bad apples every once in a while, but hey, that's life. The staff team have a set amount of F1's that have to do, have a set way to act in situations, and rule book to follow, if staff members do something wrong, we let them know, and help them improve. There's currently not enough late night staff members on, starting at around 12:00 AM GMT. We know, the staff have noticed, the community team has noticed,and most obviously the players have noticed.

I know it's hard to understand, but staff members are players too. We work hard to help players just out of love for the server and game, we need to take breaks at time, to eat, sleep, drink, etc. At around 12 the staff team gets off for the night, and the more American or Australian timezones so to speak - kick in. This is where we need more nighttime staff, we understand players get frustrated at this time, players are breaking rules and they feel as if they're getting away scott free.

We are working on way's to get more late night shift staff members on the staff team, this will only come with time as does anything. We need your help to be patient, and appreciative and the work the staff team are putting in while this occurs. We won't be able to handle every situation, but it's our goal to do the best we can possible. The majority of players has access to getting evidence, whether it be screenshots of harassment, etc. or just video evidence, this is very helpful and there's a reason we have the Report Abuse section, feel free to use it if you really want to help the players and staff members out.

Thanks for your post. The current staff team is doing a fantastic job and every help request is answered as soon as possible. During busy times on the server you may expect to wait longer until one of the team can help you out. That said we've been astounded by our current team who are currently answering and helping players out quickly despite the large number of help requests. We'll also be voting on and accepting new staff later today and helping to help with handling issues on the server. In addition to this we'll be looking to help out the staff who are having trouble handling requests.
