Thanks for your post. The current staff team is doing a fantastic job and every help request is answered as soon as possible. During busy times on the server you may expect to wait longer until one of the team can help you out. That said we've been astounded by our current team who are currently answering and helping players out quickly despite the large number of help requests. We'll also be voting on and accepting new staff later today and helping to help with handling issues on the server. In addition to this we'll be looking to help out the staff who are having trouble handling requests.
