Em because its their duty to make people happy and handle their f1's ? If they cant do a good job and want to roleplay they should not apply.Its not necessary to be a staff member to play on the server so why become one if you are not gonna help people?

You're talking like staff are not allowed to role play. You know they also enjoy playing on the servers and having fun? If there is only 1 active admin that is doing F1's you're going to have to wait. What if this staff member just finished doing 50 F1's and wanted a little break? You know they're not paid to staff the server they don't have to staff constantly without breaks. They're only human. You have to cut them some slack. Yes you might have to wait a few minutes but if they're doing their best it's all they can do.

What is more important and has a priority for a staff member? To keep the server clean from rulebreakers and make people happy or ignore everything and continue to roleplay?

So you have this huge problem that the staff don't cater to your every need and want. Yet you do nothing but complain, you don't put any effort in to make the servers better. Why do you stay on the Zarp servers if they're so bad? Nobody is forcing you to keep playing. All you're bringing is negativity and useless complaints.
