TOPIC: Just showing the staff team as it is currently.

Just a little statement I want to make, this is how most of the staff members look to me and to most of the players in the game, they focus mostly on themselfs and don't notice anything that happens around them, I'm quite sure that the staff member which was recorded wasn't in a sit as he was laughing around with his friend in a different language..

Around 5 players could have been warned or verbally warned around that staff member - Prop Block, Stun Stick Abuse, Sky Base, Prop Climb, Prop Push while he was talking in a different language and clearly not handeling F1 requests, he also stated there were 15 of them so why the hell was he standing around doing nothing? - This is not a demote request. Just please Lead Staff Team, take a look at the staff team, explain to them that people look upto them to notice rule breaks by themself too because they don't need to proof to prove someone broke a rule.

I wont state any names but I know quite a few ex-staff members who would have acted a lot differently than the staff member who was recorded, this video is not to strike an offense on him but to show a full picture of the current staff team.


Just a few comments that went out in ooc in 5 minutes:

No such thing as stun stick abuse and you was breaking rules in this video prop climbing yourself matey

Well its true.
They become a staff member to protect themselves from rulebreakers.
Please dont apply for a staff member if you want to roleplay

Make a demote request as this in unacceptable....

Alright this is unbelievable....
I knew that the most staff members were not doing their job, but THIS is just ridiculous. The job of a staff member is to keep the server clean from rulebreakers. And even Ken was Mod ON DUTY. That means he is "doing" his job, but he clearly did not. I already spoke to some leadteam members about the current status of some staff members, but this is tip of the mountain...

Please don't take it out on Ken. I don't know him but this is clearly not a request to get him demoted or anything just a statement.

so what you are telling me richard you just wanna show what is wrong with our staff team but you do not want us to fix it ?

even if its a demote request or not im still gonna handle it because i feel the need is to do so.

How many other staff was on? I'm not defining him because I'd of been mad of j seen that but I also had a look and it was strange I couldn't find any posts saying how good of a job the staff team was doing after over 1000+ f1s had been done in A WEEK! There is bad times and there's good times I've seen multiple posts where people have said how stressful or overwhelming it can get when your own and some of them have even quit because of it.

This week, I have worked my ass off on keeping the servers clean and it's a really difficult duty to do because you also need to handle the many F1's some other staff aren't handling. All we advice you guys to do is to keep reporting them to the forums and I'm sure the lead team may get something sorted out about this. Thanks for making this post man.

About 5 - 10 mins after this video I got on the server myself and we got the spawn cleaned up and handled all the F1s its quite stressful to be the only mod in these situations.
