TOPIC: Change server admins to 16+ years old

Now I know this will rub alot of people in the wrong spot, but this is just a simple server suggestion that I believe is in the right direction. As some of you may know, there is no exact minimum on server administration. I believe that it should be changed to 16 years old or above and must require a microphone. Why? Well I will list the pros and cons below.
Pros
- Sits will be shorter, since the use of microphone is a lot faster than typing, waiting, typing, etc.
- If made into 16+ years old, there will be less nagging
- The server will mature, not run by kids
- As an administration, communications will run smooth and better than ever
- Let's face it, who wants a 10 year old responding to administer a 70 player server?

Cons
- this will anger some people
- people will lie about their age
- it'd be harder to choose administrators ( although the ones chosen will be suited better )

Edit: Seems like people are getting a little heated over a simple suggestion. but to each their own.

Age does not represent maturity or there ability to administrate.

Tbh this is a bad idea some 12 year olds act more mature than 16 year olds these days. Age does not matter at all.

and we shouldn't be demoted the staff that may be short of the age limit either. I feel like that would rob them of their time and dedication here.

Staff can be any age, if you find a staff that is constantly immature, rude, etc, contact a staff and we'll deal with it.

Staff are accepted on how appropriate they are for the job and how well they should be able to do their job based on their track record, age doesn't define whether people break rules or are/are not appropriate for the rank

This argument can go both ways as such be controversial.

I don't believe locking server applications for users below a certain age is a good idea. Age in a way can show maturity and immaturity. But maturity is a random factor that can be developed at a reasonable age. There's many below 16 whom are mature than let's say a 18 year old. This restriction won't solve that to a greater extent.That won't be fair to the newcomers that are below the age limit and may prove worthy in comparison to the current ones under 16.

The staff members vote if the applicant is acceptable to be one (considering how mature he is as well) and if found abusing and whatnot, can be demoted.

First things first THANK YOU for your suggestion but we will never do this as we're a all age community. I know a couple of people that are younger than 16 that are way more mature than some of the "Grown Folk" around here.
