Believe it or not, it does. Obviously there are exceptions just like in any case. But for the majority, it does demonstrate how an administrator behaves. If there's a let's say 12 year old responding to a situation, they might handle it differently than say that of an 18 year old who has possible real life experiences whether that's customer service or anything else. Now I'm not saying change it so if the requirements is to have a PHD in human psychology or something extravagant, but a simple change like this can make powerful changes.
