Now I know this will rub alot of people in the wrong spot, but this is just a simple server suggestion that I believe is in the right direction. As some of you may know, there is no exact minimum on server administration. I believe that it should be changed to 16 years old or above and must require a microphone. Why? Well I will list the pros and cons below.
Pros
- Sits will be shorter, since the use of microphone is a lot faster than typing, waiting, typing, etc.
- If made into 16+ years old, there will be less nagging
- The server will mature, not run by kids
- As an administration, communications will run smooth and better than ever
- Let's face it, who wants a 10 year old responding to administer a 70 player server?

Cons
- this will anger some people
- people will lie about their age
- it'd be harder to choose administrators ( although the ones chosen will be suited better )
