This is me!

Hello, my name is Joey(Kurze), and I'm 25 years old. I have 3 cats and those who play TTT and talk to already know that I talk to them. I love watching Marvel, going to the gym and relaxing.

Attitude:

I've always been a friendly person, even when times are rough and I get hassled I will continue to be a great person. People see me as a harsh person whilst I only have good intentions towards them.
I know the difference between when being nice in a situation and being strict as well, I can be stubborn at times when needed and I can take feedback and change that into a new positive

Loyal, honesty and dedicated

I am a loyal person and an honest person, I have my own opinion and that opinion will not be swayed unless something very very appealing to that matter makes me think otherwise. I dare to say things when other people don't. I don't sit back and watch it all go into a downward spiral. I take action upon things I don't like. This looks like I'm a harsh person but it does make me who I am.

Experience:

I have held this position in the past and I feel like I can do this again.
I have had over 700+ hours and at least 680 of those are whilst being staff. I have had my fair share of extensive experience within this community and I'm ready to put this to greater use.

Maturity:

I am a mature person, I know when to have fun and when to dead serious, my recent job as an assistant teacher in a school makes me mature and helps me to apply these skills into our community. As much as I like having a fun chat I will always be straight forward and helpful to those who need help.

What can I contribute to becoming a Head Admin:

My maturity and past experience will be a great asset to the Head Admin team, I have dealt and spoken with people when no one else wants to as I speak for what I believe is true. I look forward to helping with the server as much as I can. I’m an active player and the server needs active staff to help out those when needed.

Communication

Teamspeak:

I am a very social person, I always talk or join chats when I have time to talk to other members of the community (users don't join the TeamSpeak, sad face) I communicate very well with those who are in TeamSpeak and make an effort to talk to users/staff

Forums:

I'm active on the forums and I share my opinion on applications, suggestions and I handle certain topics in the abuse report section. When I do reply (most of the time) it is serious and with a good reason. I'm also a very big supporter of mental health and talking when you need to talk about your problems, so once again I'm always here if you need a chat.

Meetings:

I try to join as many meetings as I can, sometimes this won't be possible due to work obligations. Despite me not being able to be there I will always follow up and see what I missed in the meeting so I gain all the knowledge needed for the upcoming week. In the meetings, I will voice myself when it's needed or when people don't voice their voice in the meeting to stand up and talk about the subject at hand.

Things I handled in my time as a staff member:

I have handled a fair share of appeals, unban requests and demote requests, I have handled these with care and equality I am not biased in anything as I feel like we all have a responsibility when playing this game and we should not pick sides when things go for the worse.

What I plan to do when getting Head Admin:

I will be battling the communication gaps between mods/admins to lead team seeing as a communication gap was a problem in the past and I will make sure that this does not become a thing again.

I will be guiding the lead team towards a brighter light to make this server a great place for users and staff all around. Currently, the lead team is rather divided and I want to clear this up and contribute my past experience towards the lead team. I think a solid voice is needed to manage the lead team and I think I'm the right person to be this voice as I don't step down from a challenge and I talk when needed. At this moment and time, I have noticed a few things wrong with the current lead team and I'd like to be the one correcting or at least putting my foot down with these problems.

As a super admin, I have noticed certain things being wrong in the various lead team documents and I've told the appropriate people to change these. I would like to continue these efforts as a head admin to correct and see through the various documents.
