How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been a staff member for a collective of 7 months now and I fell that I can lead staff when they are on. I am dedicated and passionate about Garry’s Mod especially TTT and I play as much as I can I have put countless hours into the server helping keep the server running and in order. I do as much as I can to help people learn the rules and so they can staff better. I activity talk to the lead team and suggest things to them which I with would help the server.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?

Forums:
I am active on the Forums and have been trying to reduce the amount of non-constructive posting I do. I reply to all apps - Mod, Admin SA and HA - giving constructive feedback, in the case of a minus support I give ways they can improve on points and how they can get accepted. I also always give my opinion on appeals and report abuses - including report abuses on other staff - and if I can I will handle them.

TeamSpeak 3:
If I am on my laptop you will - usually - find me on TeamSpeak. I am available to talk to about almost everything. I am friendly at least I think - if you bring up the Prop Hunt incident I might say fuck you in a friendly way of course - this is a factor on why I think I should be Lead Team my constant availability I am on the Server when I can be meaning I can be there to help staff.

Meetings:
In meetings, I have a voice and let people know peoples warns what they are and when they are. If I play with the person in game, then I will give my opinion on the person's attitude how they respond to criticism and if they take the game mode and server seriously or not. I am also willing to do things like the polls or spreadsheet in preparation for the meeting.

Activity:
I am extremely active I get way more than the 4 hours required. In the time I am on the server I actively handle reports, gag and mute people, help users and sometimes staff. If I got Super Admin I would - if it is required of me - handle reports etc. I would not do something most people that get Super Admin do which is reduced activity - for no reason - I would stay as active as I could - of course, I will go on holiday etc so I will go on inactivity. I have helped users when they need help as well as other staff (Mainly Username34).

Trust:
Now this section calls some people out for acting in some ways so I have put it in a spoiler hope you understand. I hope I have kept trustworthy on TTT. The incident on Prop Hunt was wrong on my part and I should have thought before I did it but I have since I've been banned been open about the situation and have not withheld any details etc I have been open and haven't broken anyone's trust since.

Attitude:
I think this might be a place of an improvement it can be bad at times but for the most part, I think it is ok but I can get carried away at sometimes. I will do my best in Lead Team duties.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
So in this section, I have never experienced a situation like this and if you are even reading up to this point I'm amazed. The current Lead Team is always on standby when there are needed and come swiftly and do the best they can to give punishments to hackers etc.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
In all 4 scenarios, I would try and stay unbiased as possible and treat the staff member with respect as well as the player.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

If the staff member banned a player for an excessive amount of time I would ask that the staff member come into TS3 and I would talk to them saying that recommended times to ban someone - linking them these guides A note to ALL TTT Administrators and [TTT] Ban Situations made by an ex-CM and ex HA so they can be trusted - and that the ban they just gave out was excessive and that they should unban them then ban them again for shorter more shorter time and to get a head admin to remove the incorrect ban and the unban so there rapsheet is clean and that I don't want to see them make the same mistake again or there may be consequences as it is showing that they aren't learning from their mistakes.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

If a staff member is dealing with a user, not in an appropriate manner I would get the staff member on TS3 and talk to them reminding them that they are there to support the community and they should be kind and respectful at all times and that the way they treat people reflects back on the ZARP gaming community and that what they are doing is not right and that they should read through the ZARP Staff Ethos and that if this happens again they will be brought up in the lead team meeting for a demotion.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I will call the staff member accusing the other staff member x. And the person being accused y.
First, I would get x and y in a private spacer on TS3. If they were arguing I would tell them to stop arguing so we could resolve the situation quickly,

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I will call the staff member x so it is easier than calling him staff member all the time.
I would first get x onto TS3 in a private spacer. I would remind him or her that we are a team and we should support and help other staff no make arguments. I would link him the ZARP Staff Attitude and the ZARP Staff Ethos and tell him to read through both as a reminder of how to act. I would explain that if another staff member is aggravating them that they should talk to me or another lead team member. But even if there is another staff member aggravating them they are not acting in the right way and if this carries on they will be brought up in the lead team meeting for a demotion.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

It would depend if they were mod or admin or a new staff member but here are 3 scenarios:
Before I stop talking to the person in TS3 in all scenarios I would remind them of the TTT Server Rules and recommend they read the rules fully.
