What did the Staff Member(s) do?:I was false slayed by hopsical when he didnt even bother to read my reasoning of why i attempted to kill him
My reason was that he didnt shoot a t that was next to him that killed a innocent right in front of his eyes and when i submited it it took about 0.5 seconds for him to pick that he 'does not want to forgive me' for trying to kill him for a valid reason, ceep in mind i did not manage to actually kill him and his fellow t killed me from behind.
If this would be the first time that this happens i wouldnt be reporting but doe to this happening more that a few times i am forced to make a report

Evidence:I cant give any evidence since i dont record every second of my life however maybe the command logs can show that the time between the 'do you want to forgive this player' and pressing dont forgive took less than a second meaning he didnt even bother to read it (if you have such a thing like command logs)

Okay, to explain your situation...

Player X was stood next to Player Y.
Player Z (You) killed Player Y because he commited a T Act.
Because Player X didn't help you kill Player Y / didn't act on the KOS, you killed Player X.

You cannot kill players because they didn't act out on KOSes, if he didn't ID the body for a solid 3 seconds, that's a T Act, however in this situation you killed him instantly. The reason this exists is that is someone is AFK and a KOSed person walks past him, you can't then kill the AFK. The slay was valid as you killed him on Suspicion.

No thats not what happened. Its more like
Player x and y kill player z and player h (me) saw them killing him and not checking the body (which is kosable) meaning that theyre both trators, one of them went from my field of view so i focused on the one i saw and shot (but didnt kill him)and his t budy flanked me from behind and killed me. Next round i was reported for ARDM even though i had a valid reason to kill him

by 'them' killing the person i mean one of them shooting and the other one watching and not doing anything (im sorry if you missunderstood that) and yes the guy that i shot did not damage the person however he did not atempt to 1 check the body and 2 kill the trator that killed the innocent.

they made no efort to check the body. At that map there are 4 main locations- tower tester trator room and middle they shot the person in between tester and middle and proceeded to go to between tower and middle wich is about 500+ meters away (according to scanners) and stopped which was when i started shooting at him (you know the rest)
also i failed to clarify that the person i was shooting was hopsical himself

Hello Lamagama, thank you for the report! I've been speaking with Hop. There are a couple points that I'd like to give in here.
First the lack of evidence, it is always important to have evidence (doesn't have to be a recording of the situation) but can also be screenshots of how the staff member handled it. Be innovative and creative with sollutions.
Now let's go to Hop, the thing he did wrong here is that he believed the victim's story over yours. He did read what you said and he even opened a chat for you guys. He just believed the victim's side. So I told him that if there isn't enough proof in a situation, it's better to "falsely not punnish" the victim instead of falsely punnishing.
Hops already knew that and has been changing his ways of handling things since this happened (a week ago) I do not see that this is enough to punnish him for.

My conclusion: Hops did one thing wrong, I told him what it was and he listened. He knows that now (also before I told him) and this won't happen again.
