What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
Falsely accused me of a rule I didn't break. Denied it. Proceeded to say he doesn't need to apologize, and ruin my game experience.

Story:
So basically what happened was Hopsical was a T and he killed the innocent Mwartin Shwrikewi right in front of me. I then proceed to call "KOS Hopsical" in voice chat. Not sure what happened next, but logs will show. He somehow got himself into the bottom of T Tester with a bunch of dead bodies and flames everywhere, and someone called out "KOS whoever is in bottom of T Tester." I then went down to the bottom of T Tester and noticed it was Hopsical, I then quickly killed him (he was already really low). He then reports me for "Killing on location." Which was not my case. I then call him out on it and he chooses "not to forgive" on the report. I then said "Really dude? I watched you kill Mwartin." And the rest is in the chat. Also, he said he'll post the video, so I'll be waiting. Multiple staff members were online just telling him to apologize to me because he was accusing me of something I didn't do and then denied that he wasn't accusing me. Yet the staff members said that all the actions he was doing were signs of accusation. He still has yet to apologize which is all I wanted.

I do have screenshots of my console but a lot of the conversation was done over voice which he has recorded. He said he will post, so if he doesn't... It's probably because it's not in his favor.

My opinion is that if you made a mistake, just apologize for it. The fact that he is on this high horse that he thinks he shouldn't even have a good relationship with players shows he isn't fit for mod. He ruined my experience to the point where I wouldn't play if he was on. Everyone on the server at the time pretty much said "Just apologize" and he never did.

As one of the staff that was on at the time a can say from what I personally saw and heard was that, Hops killed me, was KOSed for it, then goes to tester and is KOSed a second time but by location. Then he proceeded to report the player who killed him, kept the report then claimed it and finished it. Don't really know what else to add here other than what happened from my perspective.

I was present and do believe he saw Mwartin get killed by Hopsical. Seems to have been an honest mistake from Hopsical.

Okay, here we go again.

I reported you after you killed me, I thought the reason you killed me was following a KOS on Location / Skin (which you later stated you didn't), which isn't punishable as you followed a KOS, I told to Daddy, the person who called the KOS and told him not to KOS Skins / Locations, I then told you try not to follow KOSes on Skins / Locations, I then kept the report and handled + finished it in the staff report handler, I did this so it didn't show up in the "finished reports" section, it wasn't a proper report, as I was just advising you not to follow out False KOSes as it makes the situation worse. You then brang the situation in the report to in-game, which isn't pleasant for other players, as 2 players said, you yelled down the mic in anger and several times I told you to calm down, trying to disable the situation, you repeatadley yelled in voice chat and yet again I told you to clam down as other players were trying to play the game and not listen to the situation, I recorded the last 15 minutes and I will upload it here soon I then told you if there was an issue with my staffing, report it on the fourms, I never accused you or 'ruined your in-game experience'. Saying I 'ruined your experience' in my opinion is very selfless, as other players were upset over you bringing the situation in-game and immaturely yelling down the mic like a child, if anyone needs to apologise it's you to Daddy Smurf and more, the ones who were sick of you arguing and yelling in chat. Next time, please don't ruin other player's experience by bringing a report situation in voice and text chat.

If it makes you happy, I am sorry for beliving you killed me on a False KOS.

From the looks of things Hops made a mistake, I won't go into too much detail because dodo is handling the situation.
