Hello Lamagama, thank you for the report! I've been speaking with Hop. There are a couple points that I'd like to give in here.
First the lack of evidence, it is always important to have evidence (doesn't have to be a recording of the situation) but can also be screenshots of how the staff member handled it. Be innovative and creative with sollutions.
Now let's go to Hop, the thing he did wrong here is that he believed the victim's story over yours. He did read what you said and he even opened a chat for you guys. He just believed the victim's side. So I told him that if there isn't enough proof in a situation, it's better to "falsely not punnish" the victim instead of falsely punnishing.
Hops already knew that and has been changing his ways of handling things since this happened (a week ago) I do not see that this is enough to punnish him for.
My conclusion: Hops did one thing wrong, I told him what it was and he listened. He knows that now (also before I told him) and this won't happen again.
