TOPIC: [TTT Head Administrator] Raeker's Application

There's a lot of drama in the community currently, and a lot of things to disagree on. But one thing that we can all agree on at the end of the day is that Raeker is currently the best TTT SA, if not the best TTT LT member as a whole.

Raeker is a great candidate for this. The whole idea of HA is to be able handle staff and deal with situations others wouldn't be able to. I personally have had a expereience that gained the attention of Raeker and he swiftly dealt with the situation at hand.

I can't see any reason to deny him due to him being such great guy and staff member.

Raeker demonstrates a keen sense of compassion, wit and humour - as very basic points.

From the day I first received a thank you on one of my posts, i've been semi-following your progress as a forum personality, a handler of appeals, and a TTT staff member. I haven't had much of a presence on there; but I know from the way people generally regard you, you seem like an honest, hard-working, genuinely enthusiastic staff member.

There's no confusion, no sense of doubt, no lack of confidence in your own abilities - but you are also humble and can accept your own flaws (of which there are so few).

I cannot imagine a staff member more capable of doing the job as head admin with the same sense of pride, decency, and focus that you apply to your everyday role as super admin.

Let's see it happen, hm?

Personally, I think you would make a great Head Admin, but I believe that you should wait a little bit for a couple of reasons:

• Couple of ecent issues with ethos (not entirely your fault, partially miscommunication on behalf of others)
• Recently, I have seen a little bit of a drop in your activity (fur to you moving and your holiday last week I would assume), maybe it would be beneficial for you to wait until you have managed to settle down fully in your new place first.

Besides that, you do a good job as a Super Admin, and from what I have seen, are nice to the staff members, usually treating them fairly. Aside from the other minor issues recently, I think that one day, you will get Head Admin, and you will make a great one when you do, however maybe that day isn't today.

The staff ethos breaks was, like you said yourself, not entirely my fault, but I will speak to you about that now because you gave me wrong information about the ethos too.
