Personally, I think you would make a great Head Admin, but I believe that you should wait a little bit for a couple of reasons:

• Couple of ecent issues with ethos (not entirely your fault, partially miscommunication on behalf of others)
• Recently, I have seen a little bit of a drop in your activity (fur to you moving and your holiday last week I would assume), maybe it would be beneficial for you to wait until you have managed to settle down fully in your new place first.

Besides that, you do a good job as a Super Admin, and from what I have seen, are nice to the staff members, usually treating them fairly. Aside from the other minor issues recently, I think that one day, you will get Head Admin, and you will make a great one when you do, however maybe that day isn't today.
