From the day I first received a thank you on one of my posts, i've been semi-following your progress as a forum personality, a handler of appeals, and a TTT staff member. I haven't had much of a presence on there; but I know from the way people generally regard you, you seem like an honest, hard-working, genuinely enthusiastic staff member.

There's no confusion, no sense of doubt, no lack of confidence in your own abilities - but you are also humble and can accept your own flaws (of which there are so few).

I cannot imagine a staff member more capable of doing the job as head admin with the same sense of pride, decency, and focus that you apply to your everyday role as super admin.
