Extra information - Never been warned, never got a warning, legit straight up go banned, this isn't raekers fault as he was given a stupid command by Grumpy, which had led me to wonder if he is capable of running a server as he is telling others to give users stupid and straight up false bans,

I already told you over Steam that you could make an appeal if you wanted to. Although Klaprefot just came of of a ban, you had never received any kind of punishment. I am afraid I cannot handle an appeal for a ban that I caused, but I'll try to see whether I can find someone to deal with this. Good luck! So if I had told Sada I would just unban him before he made this appeal it would be fine, but the moment he makes an appeal I need it to be handled by someone else?

Yep, thats what the policy states. There is no need to ban him if you are gonna unban him right after he appeals tbh.
