You may not accept or deny appeals that are appealing punishments you have given.

But you are allowed to remove punishments given by yourself? I'm a little confused.

So if I had told Sada I would just unban him before he made this appeal it would be fine, but the moment he makes an appeal I need it to be handled by someone else?

Yep, thats what the policy states. There is no need to ban him if you are gonna unban him right after he appeals tbh.
