TOPIC: restore don't work

I don't have no proof so i know i cannot get a refund but just letting you know that i have lost around 4 diamond picks becuase the server crashes and i join back and it says "you do not have any pending refunds"

Bud, you will need to provide some proof so we can refund you if the proof is valid.Without proof, nothing can be done.

Paddy, just so you know, weapons and other items are automatically refunded to your inventory and you don't need to type /restore or /refund in order to retrieve them. Just check your inventory and you should see you Diamond Pick there. Hope that helps!

Just give as many informations as possible. Zarp's admins don't deny refund requests because they're mean, they just follow rules and simply can't give special treatment. That's why usually you only get Items refunded If you have clear proof.

They just want to help whatever your problem is, don't give up already before asking ( refering to your first sentence )

Hello Paddy, as Chute's said the items should return to your inventory if it indeed was a server crash, if this has happened to you several times over the past few days and you still haven't received the items in your inventory it was most likely a client side issue. Since there is no proof we can't really do anything on our side, but it most likely was a client side issue.
