Just give as many informations as possible. Zarp's admins don't deny refund requests because they're mean, they just follow rules and simply can't give special treatment. That's why usually you only get Items refunded If you have clear proof.
They just want to help whatever your problem is, don't give up already before asking ( refering to your first sentence )
