Like others have said your attitude isn't great and from the sounds of it nor is your staffing ability currently. Get more experience as moderator :minussp:

I think that so far you are doing a decent job as a moderator, but I would still like you to have another week or two before you go for admin. You should try to handle as many reports as you can to show your experience. Your attitude at points has been questionable but i'm not that concerned, but to convince others I suggest you act as friendly and helpful as you can over the next week or so. bit more time as moderator and you will fly through this app, you need a bit more information in each section imo. you are great as a moderator, and do great when I am on same time as you! I have no problems with you, nor have anything necessarily bad to say, just get more used to the current commands you have access too and get more used to ulx etc and you will do great!	Callum.
