Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
if someone has several recents i would ban them for a day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
i would talk to the member of staff who banned them and discuss whether player x's exploiting was worth a perma ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
at the time of the next meeting i will have been a moderator for 3 weeks, as a moderator i have made no mistakes that were not easily resolved. i have also excelled with reports and do around 10 a day i am very understanding of new players and am mindful not to warn them but instead educate them to make TTT better for everyone, i am very active and manage at the minimum 3 hours a day on TTT and i play early mornings where there are a severe lack of staff online.

If English is your first language you don't describe it as fluent, just a heads up.

Your explanation of the scenarios are incredibly weak and lackluster.

Your reasonings for promotion are also rather illogical "i have made no mistakes that were not easily resolved" just because a mistake was easily resolved does not make it any less of a mistake, it would have been better if you have said you made this mistakes and learnt from them which has allowed your growth of knowledge and experience and therefore can now take admin duties.

The fact you understand that not every situation requires a warn is good it shows you have the capability of reasoning instead of dishing out warns like it were candy at halloween

Overall I will give you a -support because your app is incredibly lackluster and unimgaintive, lacking anything appealing worthy of taking the next step

reasons for this have already been stated by other replies in greater detail. But essentially I think you need to improve your app a lot and by the sounds of it your attitude also.

The handling an appeal part of your application could use some improvement, as right now its pretty lackluster. I suggest going around forums and seeing how they are handled by other staff in practice (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals-denied and zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals-accepted) or other admin apps. The week is still young so I can't say for certain, it's a from me right now.

I have played with you only the first week of you getting mod and noticed that you had issues with handling reports which is normal for the first week of being mod, but other people state that you still struggle so i don’t think you are ready yet.
Anyways i haven’t played with you as of late so i cant really say much.
Only thing i can tell is that your application isn’t really detailed or accurate.

To be honest Jam, you are doing a good as a Moderator right now, but I think you need a little more time as a Moderator. I have sat in some of your chats in-game and watched you do some reports and you are doing a good job, but I feel that you should gain some more experience to prove to us Admins that you will do a good job as an Admin. Keep up the good work and help showcase your experience to other staff. Good Luck!

(personal opinion: think talking with users and none staff more is also a plus which you do more then most but i think do it a bit more)

Hey Jam,
Lately I saw how aggressive you were towards a user when it was not needed
and could've acted better because you are staff, because of that I would like you to improve on the anger issue I saw

You certainly need more experience as a moderator first. You still do struggle with issuing punishments appropriately and dealing with some situations and reports.

I think all of you who are currently arguing should refrain from putting anything more than your OWN opinion on Jam's application. We are here to give him feedback not to argue with each other, take it to discord or steam but not here thank you very much.

To be honest jam, I do think you need more time as a moderator. You would make a good admin in time but you still need the experience as a mod to understand the baseline of things.
